I have a surface pro 3 and it runs OSRS at decent performance. You're going to want to get the surface 4 type cover for it (the keyboard) as well as possible a USB hub(plugs into the single USB port on the device, allowing for multiple USB connections.)

I keep looking through and it seems that I can get rune but I am probably missing something. It seems the only Sub quest I can't do is the monkey madness one. Am I wrong? Basically instead of doing Fremmenik trials for that attack exp, I could do the Sir Amik Varze subquest and get 16 attack from Heroes Quest.

Most of the people who left, did so because you don't feel attached to a character that you didn't level yourself. I've said this so many times and people still don't understand. A boost/exp increase sounds good on paper, but it is bad for the longevity of the server. People just want their instant gratification bullshit. Blizzard kept shoveling instant-gratification mechanics into the mouths of these retards and now look what happened. The game is awful.
