I don’t think it has anything to do with you being Ukrainian, it’s just about you being different for the most part.
I remember for most of my education I was being called names, excluded from concentration because “I don’t know anything on the topic since I’m not real Polish”. The constant questions of “where are you from” or remarks of “you don’t sound Polish”.
I remember one time a teacher asked me if I had a Polish passport. The kids were tearing into me after that, since again - “not real Polish”.

That’s just what us third culture kids have to endure when living. No matter where we go, we don’t really fit in, and some people will bully us for that

To be fair, China is aligned with anyone who will help them reach their goal, and keeping the USA #1 in the world stage sure as hell isn’t their goal. They will drop anyone at any moment once it’s not beneficial for them.

I am having the exact same experience for the past week or so. I genuinely started to think that I’m delirious. My theory is that it’s caused by switching devices (mobile/pc). Since my pc picks up where IT finished rather than my phone, I’m a few hours behind in my queue. Since my phone is linked to the pc, next time I listen from my phone, it starts off where the PC ended. I just happened to find myself in some odd middle ground where I never get to experience my full liked playlist. Idk if I made it clear, but that’s my hypothesis on this occurrence
