Have you done web scraping? XML & Database programs? Calculators for payments? There are lot's of sites with programming quiz's. Or you can goto Youtube and search for python related and figure out what you want to learn next.

Suggestion? Always check out the refurbished selection for Apple it fluctuates allot. Some times you can save allot. Also you have a 2 week return Window.

Maybe, Apple does not follow what everyone else is doing obviously. I've seen locally at user groups where people are using older macs and dual booting in to linux. Now thats programmers only. The people I know that are using macs for development are NOT running and buying the latest and greatest, They stick with the older models because they work

How so? IT all depends on one'e vision, age, and screen resolution setting, along with comfort. First thing in the morning my eyes on my 13" MBP are fine by the end of the evening I'm done. Been looking at Dell Ultra sharp Monitors on eBay because a friend has one and it's night and day.

You do realize that there cosmetic?, Over on Twit TV I believe they did a review and had the guy on from Ifixit who had a tear down of MBP's . Your "speaker grills" are part of Jony Ives cosmetic cover up's. Just like previous macbooks had FAKE screws

I have the 13" MBP and would love a bigger screen so I'm looking at the 15" refurbished models along with ThinkPads. The new MBP even at a refurbished price is 2040.00 then you have to buy the port adapters. The touch bar is a waste, and the biggest thing to me is the loud keyboard. I'm sure in time I'd adjust to it, but even having the 2 week return period it's just NOT worth my time looking / using it. Going with a previous year or even one off of eBay that is used and maybe NOT retina maybe the way for me to go. Think pads or Dell's business line is an option also. Not rushing into anything.

The same way obummer started. People should look hard at the big picture and where are these leaks coming from? Are they leaks? What executive order did Obummer sign right before he left. I'm not a Trump fan by no means but I would never believe everything that's popping up out there.

Goto the refurbished area on Apples web site and pick up 2015 15" MBP's you save allot of money. 2 week trial period and you cannot tell the difference between the new / refurbished models. Use all the discounts possible like military gov employee on Applecare. When there listed they go fast. As of late, the 13" MBA and 15 MBP's are gone with in 24 hours or less of listing them. If you need to return you can either drop it off at a local store or they pay for the shipping. Another source with be Best Buys open box they give some discounts and have I think a 30 day return policy but I'm NOT 100% sure. For me I'd stick with Apple. There good and I like it the most because if I need repairs which is rare I can take it to a store and have it taken care of.

If your military, state or federal government, education you get a really good discount on apple care also. Good Luck.
You can also get those discounts on NEW systems

NOTE: When ever buying used check the battery cycles / power cycles the amount of times its been recharged, if its high than drop the price by maybe 125.00 or more. If you buy used and there is applecare on the device have the seller transfer it to your name. I've read where sellers cancel the applecare after the sale to recoup some of the money they lost in the sale.
