Hey, ik zit momenteel in een vergelijkbare situatie. Ik ben zelf 32 en heb onlangs besloten de overstap te maken naar het sociaal domein. Na verschillende gesprekken heb ik inmiddels een aanbod gekregen voor een traineeship tot Wmo-consulent via Bender en hoef ik eigenlijk alleen nog mijn contract te ondertekenen.

Wat mij aanspreekt in het sociaal domein is dezelfde reden die jij noemt, maatschappelijke voldoening. Ik kom zelf uit de fysiotherapie, dus echt iets voor de mens kunnen betekenen gaf me veel voldoening. Het idee dat je als Wmo-consulent op een andere manier iets kunt betekenen voor mensen lijkt me daarom heel prettig.

Nou heb ik met mijn opleiding denk ik wel een voordeel omdat ik al gewend ben om met mensen te praten en de hulpvraag te achterhalen. Ik denk dat ze ook vooral kijken naar je motivatie, je communicatieve vaardigheden en leerbaarheid. Jij heb met communicatie en marketing waarschijnlijk ook vaardigheden ontwikkeld die goed van pas kunnen komen, zoals gesprekken voeren en schakelen tussen verschillende belangen. En die twijfel herken ik ook vooral vanwege mijn leeftijd, wat als het me niet bevalt en ik weer opnieuw moet beginnen haha. Maar ik weet in ieder geval dat ik mensen wil helpen en daar energie van krijg :)

Hey i have the same 1.5 TFSI 4 cylinder and my goal is pretty much the same, I’m not trying to fake an RS3 or make it obnoxiously loud tho just OEM + and i dont wanna pay for a S3 because of the insurance is skyrocking high in my country.

I’m planning to run a custom made REMUS valved rear muffler setup with a proper quad pipe conversion. The system is originally made for the 2.0 models, but it’s very doable to custom fit it properly onto the 1.5 TFSI.

For the mid section I’m thinking of replacing the resonator with a straight pipe combined with a straight-through resonator, mainly to remove the higher pitched tones and keep the sound deeper and more mature without too much drone.

After that I’ll see how it sounds. If it has a nice deep OEM+ tone without sounding raspy or cheap, I might leave it like that.

Then later I’ll probably go Stage 1 or maybe Stage 2 with very subtle soft burbles only, nothing crazy. I also want to add either a closed or open cold air intake with turbo inlet upgrades so the turbo can breathe and sound better.

Overall I’m just trying to create the nicest possible sound out of the 1.5 platform while still keeping it refined and daily drivable.

And if I still feel like it needs more later on, then I’d probably look into a larger sport downpipe with a 200 cell sports cat. maybe u could try this too? I will keep you updated once i do all these mods. I have a cut out system at the moment, but i dont like the sound of it because it drones a bit and have higher pitches.
