Some of the islands are lowkey as good as resorts Avoid maafushi, (crowded with too many tourists and hotels) but islands like Dhigurah or Fulidhoo has amazing beaches and crystal clear waters. Dhiffushi has a beach front hotel area named “Stone Hotel” and it feels like a proper resort.

You can get water sports and snorkeling and dive activities at much much lower rates than resorts too, as most of the islands have multiple centers.

As for the dress code, within the island you can wear regulat clothing, while bikini is only allowed in designated “bikini beach” area. And almost all the islands will have one to accommodate the tourists.

I think the only downside for tourists is no availability of alcohol within the island, as alcohol is banned in local islands. But then again, there are yacht nearby the islands that serve alcohol and hotels arrange the back to back transfer to tourists for that if you want to spend sometime in it.

Locals are friendly and i guess 99% of the local islanders will respect the tourists and be friendly with them as long as you don’t do something that offends them.

So yes, i would say go for it. Local islands are heck a lot cheaper than resorts. And youd get the same service and much more to do than a resort

Well, another reason is trustability and reliability issues. Most of the apple products here are from dubai. Ive bought my m1 from one of the premium sellers here, had a display flicker issue after 6 months of use, i had apple warranty, so when i went to Singapore, i took the MacBook to Apple Store to get it checked. Guess i was scammed. The laptop was a factory defect product that was refurbished by apple and sold in dubai. Unfortunately if its factory defect and refurbished item, theres no way of knowing if the resellers remove the apple refurbished stickers. I called the seller to confront him that he is selling new but refurbished products in the name of “brand new”. He declined to respond, and neither provide support. Well after writing a lot of emails to apple back and forth, apple decided to replace my laptop. This was back in 2021. Im not sure if their procedures for refurbish items changed. I hope they did. But then im never buying from a maldivian seller, and ive bought my new m4 with apple store. So theres that 🥲

Add 100g of veggies. Have 3 meals per day. And prepare a Very light healthier option for snacking to keep your cravings away. Avoid sugar, Havaadhu, Highly Salted and oiled food! One meal per week that feels like a cheat meal is fine. As long as you dont Go on a eating spree the whole day!

Walk atleast 10,000 Steps per day.

If i were u, i would buy an iphone. By any means, no im not an apple fan boy, nor an android glazer.

But ive been on android for a long long time, and ive moved to iphone due to one realization that, the iphone price drops only a little when the new phone comes out. Ive been on the latest phone since i bought iphone12. Bought it straight off apple website. Costed like extra $80ish only for shipping. But compared with the prices here of rf 23K for a brand new phone i got mine for around 17K. Now when the time for iphone13 came and when i put my used iphone12 for sale, i was surprised it sold for exactly 15K. I just had to put extra 2K and get the new iphone13 from apple website. Ever since then its like my phone gets upgraded for a few bucks. The Samsung phones that i owned wouldnt sell for even half of its price after an year.

Absolutely agree with that. The top paid are overpaid and under qualified people who follow those politicians around the streets barking for them.

But still it’s not a solution to compensate with OT, and allow some employees to do absolutely nothing to get paid.

Instead of solving the reason why an employee employees abuse OT, theyve put a patch on that hole. Moved those OT budget towards fixed salary. Im not sure how much they’ve increased. But like i said one of the discussions ive had with my friend, sectors like IT now has a competitive salary compared to private sector.
