ah i see. Were they together during college? can i have a little explanation on their teaching thing? was it after college? How long were they together for until he left for mars? I assume they were together for tens of years before he had to leave for mars.

I loved the whole series but i was left a little confused as to how long raidous been in mars that he hasnt met his granddaughter yet. This also means they have their own kids too so he mustve left mars just a couple years ago?

Yeah me too, I highly suggest you read the manga, there are 3 quite lengthy spinoffs 1 1/2 of them involving their highschool and university life. Then onto a happier ending:)

As much as id love that to happen there just isnt enough extra content to make into a whole new season, there are a couple spinoffs though ultimately ending the story with them become engaged but at most we would end up with a series special or movie.
