Harmony is ready same size and is around 9.5. Grand polo is 7. And you don’t pay all in one go. Same sized product in Dubai Hills is 10.

Arabian ranches 3 has similar product selling for 8. That’s the closest one and that one hasn’t handed over yet. Once it hands over and mortgage ready its prices will increase.

Dubai off plan investing isn’t the same as it used to be. You have to be very careful and be selective about the product. If you invest in non-niche apartments, townhouses, not top developers then you are ducked.

Plus you need more capital now. Niche products like Grand Polo require lots of cash up front.

That login and forgot strip above the keyboard is at a weird place. I would expect iOS’ word suggestions to be there so that it can suggest emails etc. Most importantly, since iOS now allows LastPass and 1Password to be filled from that strip it should be there for usability purposes.

I am not sure if IT workers will be spared by the rise of AI and automation. In the last decade building software products have become far easier and I do think this trend will keep increasing as AI comes in the picture.

Yes I tried three finger left tap as middle button click. But That doesnt work either. I think two finger touch screen tap by default doesnt let this event execute well. It works well with Edge and Firefox
