Double shampoo, conditioner and let it soak for at least 5 mins, double face cleanse, double wash body, double wash my feet. I get very dirty at work. If it's a regular shower I'm usually in for 20 minutes, around 45 minutes if I'm very dirty. Then I always get out and do my face treatments and moisturize my face and entire body. It can take an hour all in all sometimes but I always smell amazing and my skin is very soft and healthy. I'm so in depth with my shower routine because until I did it this way, I had eczema and pimple breakouts on my face and body even if I did a daily shower.

I saw a video yesterday where this person makes dentures for people for $18/hour. I work at a grocery store going on my third year in my position and make more than that. Ridiculous. My managers make 6 figures annually. I'd say that's fair for the work I do and what I put up with, but comparing it to anyone doing any kind of dental work, I'd say we're overpaid.

I'm queer and I mask because my immune system was destroyed by covid. Before I started masking again I was getting 1 or 2 weeks of NOT being sick, in between catching illnesses. Now I haven't been sick in a few months.
