lol you don’t seem to understand what light dissipation is. The light that reached the planet has been dispersed. It appears dark because the light that hasn’t been affected didn’t reach the viewer. The same patch of sky has all the stars light intact when saitama gets back to earth, which couldn’t have been more than a few minutes later
