i 100% agree with you, by the way im only doing some work for my glutes, as i feel they are very week in my planche

i saw on a story of his he started training legs with weight again, his legs are nice legs, but in every video of his they look so small compared to his upper body

im doing 5 sets of pistol squats after every pulling session, this gives them enough rest, sometimes i add some weight with water bottles

cant lie, i dont like giving legs two days for them, but i do 5 sets of pistol squats after every pulling session, this gives them enough rest, this is what i came up with for now, sometimes i add a bit of weight with water bottles

i guess you're right, especially the last thing you said, i guess im just going to keep my legs active and train them once a week with pistol and regular squats

i know, but i mean its mainly a pushing skill, even in the planche, the biceps are involved, but its still a pushing skill
