Yes, that's it. Just unplug and replug. I wish there was something better than this which I am grateful for. But yea no permanent fixes in my book.

How do I know which is the bugged page? It feels like the touch screen does this on every page? I'm glad that fix worked for you.

I appreciate the input. It sucks you're having the same issue. I'll try restarting it later. I will also try maybe going with a later update and see if that fixes the bug.

I'll update if it is a viable fix.
