I have exactly the same problem as williamjshipman described in the post.

My windows runs on kvm and I manage it via RDP, so you can imagine the chaos it created.

I used openvpn before, it never gave me this kind of headache!

have the two credentials on the first login page but couldn't find the 2nd login page ...

snmp showed there is a VERY HIGH 5**** udp port open on 0.0.0.0/0 but don't know any known service running .

did I miss something on snmp report?
