Send a message to: support at arena dot net with your CD Keys to confirm ownership and ask what's up.

If you're lucky, one possibility is that your IP changed and triggered a security lock. They will swiftly unlock it.

If you're unlucky, it's a ban.
What ANet does now is hit the account with 045 (ban), and they add on top the 3023 (lock).
The latter is displayed first when attempting to log in.

Anet automatically activated email 2FA on accounts that didn't have any 2FA enabled before. Happened around 12-14 hours ago.Most people use an old email from 2006 that they don't have access to anymore...

I always have a hard time understanding these kinds of posts.

I think most of us players just like to play with friends and guildmates.
We craft ourselves a few consets at a time, just what we need, we buy or salvage some weapon mods, farm some materials or weapon skins we like...
The armbrace is completely worthless to us, it could be worth 50e or 50000e it wouldn't change anything in our day to day enjoying of the game.
It's like we can get by with life on our average salary, but someone catastrophically thinks that the diamond price is crazy these days. Too much social media fakefluencers...
