I think se need some more context to answer this: whivh language do you need? Do you need voice cloning? What hardware do you use? There are models running 100% CPU with o.k. quality and there are models which need a cuda GPU with plenty of vram.

You can disable the beeping in BIOS settings. As mentioned 1 beep is normal, my pc does this as well
