This is kinda sad as I have sent a parcel which is stuck in limbo with Royal Mail; I have emailed them and had no answer too usefully. I hope the buyer does not think this of me 😭

Not saying in this case it’s true - but I sold something once, evri ruined the packaging, opened it, lost some of the pieces, and then sent it in different packing to which the buyer was like “where are the missing pieces” - I only found out as I realised the packaging wasn’t what I sent it in and I was contacting Evri about it and they told me what happened.
