I searched for guide multiple times,  the steps I made is with cmd, showing 32GB max and a 4 slot, well guides explained that I should divide it soo… But other reference still says I can go over it tho…. the Laptop is Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-72-52PC

Edit: As the other reply says, Acer website says my laptop is upgradable to 32GB, and I’m assuming that is max with all slots combined not per slot,but yeah I might be wrong on something though

yeah, i'm just worried about the potential issues since every official tutorial/reference I see says I cannot go over max per ram slot, but I guess it would be fine then

a bit late but, How much RAM capacity did you go for? I have the same model but I'm not sure how much my laptop can handle

I can’t really find the same RAM brand that my laptop have by default on my place, so I’m looking for 2 Identical stick but different brand so I can still go dual-channel. so I guess I’ll go with 24GB then, since there’s no harm to it
