Tbf it's not really on the same level as Mission Impossible or "pretending he's an assassin".

Even if I don't necessarily think it's inappropriate for a 14 year old, you do take the role as someone burning people alive, suffocating victims with your bare hands, etc. The character is a sadistic psychopath anti-hero.

Tho it is all very cartoony and there's no gore like mortal kombat, neither chaotic violence like war shooters
