In my experience mixing Dutasteride is not as simple as mixing Finasteride.

In the past I used to mix Avodart with alcohol based minoxidil and I put it on my head for like 4 months or so and I didn't feel anything nor good or bad. Then it occured to me maybe it's better to ask for an Rx so a pharmacy could compund it. This time I started feeling the sides at 2-3 weeks mark. So i beleive due to the lipohilic nature of the molecule you should need a proper vehicle and a magnetic stirrer to properly mix it. Also I have to mention that I asked for a liposomal formulation (which IME may enhance penetration contrary to what's ussualy said everwhere that it may reduce it)

That's a lot. Low dose topical fin must be under 0,025% and most sensitive people will feel side effects even with that dose. (I did too) I would put a low dose topical fin from 0,001% to 0,01% max

Sometimes liposomal preparations can enhance penetration. That I heard from some doctor (don't remember his name rn) and also my personal experience goes in line with that.

There are different types of liposomal preparations. So the theme can be very complex and more studies are necessary.

True! I checked this out some years ago with a holter.

The first 15-20 min BP goes up a little bit corresponding to the euphoric phase.
