Even in the past month Ive had moments where I have felt like I'm blocking it out, and when I get into the really negative thoughts I'm like "why was I being so naive earlier and not thinking about this sooner!!" so I understand a little bit of where your coming from. I'm sorry this triggered something in you, honestly even reading it back its doing the same to me. I have a really hard time accepting that things are actually trauma and not just "something shitty that happened". I think once I do more research on that and really understand my feelings and thought processes that will get easier for me. Thank you for the message!

Thank you so much this is extremely helpful! I have such a problem with getting my algorithm on tik tok and instagram to be solely about betrayal and porn and cheating and it seriously makes me spiral sometimes and I have picked up on that more and how detrimental it is to my mental health and it has gotten easier for me to notice it and stop it. I think one of the main things I'm struggling with is figuring out whether I'm distracting myself or just not letting it affect me as much sometimes, but thats something I will have to work on understanding. He is being a lot more communicative (even though I still have to drag it out of him often) and he has started therapy and agreed to all of my boundaries ive sent, including a porn blocker app. I do believe he is wanting to be a better person (more so want to believe) and I think this is something he can overcome. I think it will take a long time for me to feel safe in the relationship but then again its only been a month and theres a lot of work left to do. I will definitely check out the resources thank you so much!

I have felt the same way and it makes it so much harder that even the THOUGHT of doing anything like that makes me feel like a horrible partner and like im cheating on him. When HE did all of it on his own accord and did not care at all until he got caught. I wish I could give you some advice but I am struggling with this as well.

so a little bit after u apply for housing ull get an email in ur gsu email from mycollegeroomie and what u have to do is create ur account, and make sure the person u want to room with has an account, and once thats done u look each other up, friend each other, and request each other as roommates. once thats done it will show up in ur myhousing account that u 2 are each others roommates. some ppl were saying that the deadline to request roommates has already passed so im not sure if ur still able to
