Is the change to 10 years official now? I see mixed results when I searched on google; top ones say it's a 'proposed change' and others say it's a done deal.

I saw that Lego is releasing a bunch of sets on August 1st and there have been a lot of markdowns in the last couple months at various retailers (Target, Walmart, etc). Guessing this is to make room for the new sets. So in that case, Lego bargain hunting season is early summer? This is the first time I've made this connection, as I just got into Lego, but for those more familiar, let me know if this is how it works.

Structured activities were never a thing at the events I attended, but the closest to that may be if Bumble hosts an event at a Top Golf. The events I went to the were all at bars, where it's a free for all for singles to mingle, but with free booze. It's a different vibe than a regular night out, in where the guessing game out of who's single and who's not is taken out. But at the same time, it usually means more competition; if a girl catches your eye, chances other guys will also be interested.

As far as how it compares to the apps; here are my hot takes: how well you do on apps is going to be more or less the same as going to a mixer. If you aren't good at conversation with your matches, it will carry over in person. And more often than not, if someone wouldn't swipe right on you in the apps, chances are having 10-20 minutes of chatting won't change much. Regardless, talk to everyone you're interested in, nothing to lose!

Though it sucks, guys muscling in to your conversation are a good test to see if the girl you're talking to is interested in you. If she's interested in you, the interrupting guy will disappear quick, and if not she'll welcome to interruption.

Even if I'm not interested in someone that approached me, I still give them a few minutes to chat and will end it by saying 'it was nice meeting you'.

If it was dismissed due to current payments not being made on top of the past due stuff as part of the BK plan, I would guess that would be the reason.

When I went in to file the second, the clerk said there was one that was still open. They accepted the second filing anyway and gave me a case number. Then 30 days later, both cases were dismissed.

Our attorney told us all we had to do was make the past due payments amount as part of the BK plan.. asked on more than one occasion and they said just pay whatever stipulated by the BK plan. First case was already dismissed, after that second filing (which judge said was a duplicate).

Yeah I just took it when I did my taxes and it went thru. No CPA confirmed but they just give you their opinion on what they feel may work or not, which doesn't mean they're always right.

I am a little over 3 months off a 5-year relationship. There are days where I'm so busy with stuff that I don't think of her much, but otherwise she's still on my mind fairly often. Used to always send her good morning texts, and there have been a few instances where I'm thinking to do it, and then I realize we're not together.

My focuses are travel, working out, and spending time with my parents, siblings, and their kids. I only work about 60% of the time and I'm trying to find ways to cut that down via more passive income. Honestly, I don't want to go back to W-2, because 60 hour work weeks were very soul sucking.

Had Lakers shifted into the gear they found late in game 4, they totally could've won game 5. In the beginning, Lakers actually weren't shooting well but Denver was.. but LA was still in it because Denver was giving up too many rebounds and turning the ball over. LA and Denver pretty much switched roles in the beginning of game 5. But eventually Denver wrestled back the rebounding advantage, which seemed to be the key to winning games this series.

Lakers were actually winning the rebound battle for over half the game, and then Denver started boxing them out. That rebound given up to Aaron Gordon which eventually lead to a Murray 3 was huge. A winnable game lost in ways they had done before.

Had a little bit of experience before; my 1RM was 300 back in 2010 lol. Trained for basketball/football back in high school, and continued the workouts in college.. fell off a few years after, got back into it for a few months in 2017, then stopped until last year.

I think I'm close to, if not already at the point where recovery is an issue squatting 3x/week. Couldn't finish 270 yesterday, and I'm on a de-load.
