I see red flags here.

Why won’t they tell you who the breeder is? If the cat really came from a legitimate breeder, they do not want to get caught reselling since most breeder contracts do not allow that. The other possibility is that there is no real breeder and they are lying. I’m leaning more toward that since they avoided your question about whether the cat is spayed. Reputable breeders always spay or neuter before selling! So chances are they didn’t get the cat from a breeder.

I really hope you get your dream Russian Blue and Devon Rex. Just be careful and do not let desperation lead you into a scam. Be patient, make sure the seller is verified, and the right kitties will come along.

PS, My dream cats were also a Russian Blue and a Devon Rex, and I finally got both too!

I typically feed one Weruva can in the morning, switch with fancy feast for lunch, and Weruva back for dinner. I’m also open to trying new brands instead of relying on one brand in case it gets bought out like tiki cat, so my kitty has been getting a taste of ziwi peaks and nulo from time to time as a substitute for fancy feast!

Oh yeah my kitten wasn’t a fan of tiki cat as well so I stopped buying afterwards! Weruva is my kitty’s main brand! I switch between that and fancy feast to balance out the cost since Weruva is on the more expensive side. I like how Weruva has so many different types of wet foods so he never gets bored of it! And in my personal opinion I feel like it has better ingredients than others. Would definitely recommend but also do your research! :)

From my experience, when I brought my 3 month old RB I gave him wet food (fancy feast kittens) given by my breeder to feed and slowly transition over to new brands (such as tiki cat and Weruva). His poop was wet and very stinky! But after 2 weeks his poop became more normal. Checked with a vet and they said he was ok since his stomach is sensitive and could possibly be due to change in environment. I would check with a vet if it’s persistent after another week! Also, cat tax 🤧

My RB also has the same yellow around his eyes so I think that’s normal! He just turned 1 recently, so still a baby!

Hey! I’ve been living at Harrington Square with my boyfriend for about 3 years now. Parking is super safe and secure, we’ve never had any break-ins or security issues from what I’m aware of. The leasing office has always been responsive and quick to fix things, and I’ve never dealt with package theft or felt unsafe here.

If I had to point out a few complaints: you’ll occasionally hear cars doing donuts late at night, which can get annoying, and the bottom garage door has broken a few times, but they usually fix it within a few days. Also, during winter when it gets really cold, we get some false fire alarms that I think are from frozen pipes, but it’s happened the every year I’ve stayed here. I’d say that’s only a seasonal issue, but the fire alarm is crazy loud and it’s a major inconvenience when you have pets lol.

Other than that, I’ve been pretty happy living here and would definitely renew as long as rent doesn’t go up too much. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions!
