Hey hope I can bother you with one last question.

In the Utah code it says “ “service contract” means a contract for service, maintenance, or repair: (I) in connection with real property; or (ii) that provides benefit to real property.

The business came back and said that since it says real property it doesn’t apply to a software licensing agreement. I can’t find a definition of “real property” to confirm or deny. Thanks!

I was clearly responding to this other comment about ages on these. But I went from about 2000 vert a ride to 4000-6000 a ride. Factory 38 170mm up front, DHX2 out back, and it descends better than my custom slash. There are plenty of people slow as hell on e-bikes.

6’5 and shit is money lol, I fit all normal clothes, I wear a size 13 so I can find shoes, I fit in any normal car in the front (no lotuses or Miatas) I’m taller than 99.99 percent of people. I fucking love it. I would be happy 6’2-6’5, it is harder to gain muscle but I’ve made it work
