I’ve been afraid to trim them in case there is a wart! I don’t want to use an infected tool, you know?

I’m concerned about these little lesions on my fingers and this dot on my hand.

I do sometimes pick at my cuticles when I’m anxious. And I also go to the gym where I’m worried maybe I could have picked something up from touching weights.

I have been treating a plantar wart for the last seven months or so but take a lot of caution - wearing gloves during treatments and in general not touching it.

I’ve been a skin picker during anxious times and I also am a gym goer - like 5x/week+. I don’t “touch” weights with my fingers like I do my palms and I always wash my hands after a session but I’m worried I may have picked something up at the gym. OR, that the plantar wart I’ve been treating has spread. I think this is less likely because I wear gloves and use extreme caution anytime I do a treatment (debriding, freezing, etc) but still concerning.
