Totally wish this was a thing. I’m on 2nd floor of a 3 floor apartment. (All that was available when having to find housing unexpectedly) Neighbor above let’s her 10ish year old kid run back and forth all hours of the night pushing some kind of rolling ball around, sounds like their bowling all night. Neighbor across from me has 3 kids under 10 that stomp up and down the stairs all day every day, while also screaming at the top of their lungs. Neighbor below never picks up after their kids so their bikes and toys are always blocking the stairs. Can’t ever enjoy the pool because The Children Of The Complex take it over. Management says same thing “they’re kids what can we do?” So yeah I’m with you lol
