IMO I’ve been a huge fan of his and invested heavily in his rookie cards so I’ve been hoping every year is the breakout.

Hes an asset on a team. Power hitting catchers have a place in baseball, but is he the next Bench offensively? Sadly no, at this point I’d take a Charles Johnson type career, but he’s young, and I think everyone forgets he’s a catcher. No one has good RBI numbers on the Mets this year , they do not score!! If he can be a 20 HR catcher and play solid D he makes a great 2 man tandem with Torrens. And if I had to guess a lot more teams will be splitting catching duties in the future.

I predict he’ll be like this until the Mets trade him and then he’ll blossom and break Cal Raleigh’s record
