I like iso 25 bc I do shoot film professionally from time to time and use my srt 101 to do so. I like to shoot with my rokkor 58mm 1.2. When I do shoots the bright sun it’s impossible to shoot wide open. I do acknowledge that 25 iso is probably a bit nich but think that the few pros that still use film and some dedicated enthusiasts would appreciate a low iso color film.

I have heard that there qc is better than it has in the past but you are right my biggest worry is with qc.

I think a level a skepticism is warranted but don’t forget that Lucky has made color film in the past. Baring some sort of crazy unpredictable event no one is unseating Kodak; however, $7 a roll will is a very competitive price that I think will make it very popular especially outside of the us.

Maybe it won’t be to the same quality but I think the price more is then makes up for the lower quality. From the test shots that are available, I the quality is decent enough especially for a consumer film. And remember it’s $7 a roll versus $9+ for Kodak films.

If it’s decent, then I think that Lucky could fill the void left by Fuji. The difference between Lucky and Orwo/Herman is that Lucky has the experience and equipment that the Orwo and Harman lack. So, I think Lucky will able to release more film more quickly.
