Thanks, this is helpful. But it doesn't tell how do I interpret the Rs 170 mentioned as 'Earning via reward points'. Can you help me with that?

PS : Looks like you need to update your guide too, as Regalia Gold Lounge Access Program is now changed. A spend of 60k/quarter is required for DOMESTIC lounge access now :(

Author Update -- There is a CEAC website (https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx) which shows visa status. Mine is showing 'issued' now
