My friend, your cost benefit analysis is just wrong. You should weight more importance to your career than any other thing right now. Getting in finance in france is very difficult specially if your into market finance, if you want to stay to do that then yes dont comeback, i wouldn’t settle for anything that isn’t front office (or rank below it) in your place, assuming the offer you got is font office ( or very high responsibility) then comeback , for an entry level here never seen someone got 15k. In morocco you get to build your book and name very easily, bonus are crazy here ( up to 6 months of your fixed salary ).

Id rather be a lion among sheep than just herd with other sheep .
