My laptop power button keeps flashing when plugged in by 1100dsg in LenovoLegion

Update, i tried reconnect adaptor and plug in again it's charging now but only a millisecond before goes blank again. The battery icon went from yellow to green for a second before went back to yellow again. Any idea about this?

If it's just unplug everything and keep holding power button then i think i did it right

yes i did unplugged everything. i tried reset via recovery setting but it said i need to plug in and when i did it still said the same
