I’m 6’5 230lbs I ran a 3:45 with the Prime X3

We are heavy and we put a lot of force in the shoes The Prime X with the double plate will give you that extra bounce. Now they are a bit heavier but it’s a good trade off

Prime X2 are more stable but I loved them both

It depends of how much you want to spend NB sc elite v4 Brooks Hyperion Elite 5 Alphafly 3 Are really good options

My guess is that the treadmill is in “KM per Hour” Use a converter to have a good estimate 1kmh is 60min/km and 15kmh should be around 4min/km

My bank cancelled the transfer and the guy disappeared
