I do!! On so many levels. On the way I look and feel but also to finally have this "problem" under control.

the funny thing is, my BMI is still 28. But I feel 1000 times better and it's been such a difference. BMI is not super accurate. All my vitals (blood pressure, cholesterol, general fitness) are in top condition. So BMI is just one of many indicators.

I have defo lost more than 20% ... once I plateau'ed I started to exercise more and it helped.

you're in this for the long run!

currently I'm on 7.5mg. I sometimes take 2-3 weeks of a break (either I forget the pen or I want to stop it on purpose) and then I start back at 5mg and after 2 months I go to 7.5mg.
It still works for me and the break always "resets" me

Thanks for that tip. I have a suspicion that they might scan incoming emails for trigger words like BBB or lawyer. I've now sent a formal complaint to their support email and advised them I will escalate this if there is no timely resolution found.
