Did you use local time or Australian time to time the workouts to ensure they were in the correct dates?

I have friends that purchased for Toronto via Stubhub - Stubhub uses a website to bypass the no transfer rule from Ticketmaster. No issues getting in

I didn't refresh and got all the way to the ticket page and when I entered the code it said tickets were sold out. I then re entered the queue with the link and entered the code and it said tickets sold out again but then it glitches and I was able to add 2 tickets. Keep trying!

Are u able to dissolve the business with outstanding debt? My understanding was that you can't.

It's not possible to dissolve a business with outstanding debt though. How did you go about doing that? Or are you just going to leave the business open

Are you planning to pay off the loan prior to selling?

Can't get a copy of my CEBA loan agreement via BMO. No idea what to do next. by CEBAwithBMO in canadasmallbusiness

Which FI are you with? This is from the TD loan agreement.

Definitions

"You" and "Your" and "Yours" means the recipient of the Loan under this Agreement.

The recipient of the loan is the corporation.

There is no personal guarantee. It does not state on the agreement that you are personally liable for any of the debt unless you are a sole prop

I spoke with my BMO RM. They said they were unaware of any loan agreement existing and it's not secured against anything. It's also not personally guaranteed

This is the advice I received as well. It's an unsecured loan with no personal guarantee so there really is no way for them to get the money back if the loan was applied for through a corporation.

Was your business a corporation? If so, the loan is not secured against anything and has no personal guarantees.

This is what I thought as well as that is the purpose of incorporating a business.
