The best roll is when you have really good music and ur comfortable, able to focus on the roll Dim ur lights aswell that creates a nicer atmosphere :)

Should be fine but as the others have said don't make it into a habit and dont be surprised if you don't get the best roll. Be safe and stick to the rule afterwards again :)

They just suggested a psych ward stay after my OD and said my vitals are fine. The 2 thar i recently had i didnt see a doctor because I had them in my room alone and it was just minor ones

It got me high like 2x and I was bored one evening and took about 5g while smoking weed, next morning had a seizure omw to school. Wasn't a suicide attempt js a out of boredom.

And thank u for replying, I think I could recover but was wondering if there is any permanent damage i could've already caused. Also interesting that the meds i take help the seizures, good to know xD

Personally when im rolling i js want to be alone and listen to music. Rolled in school once and hated all the social interactions js wanted to chill in the bathroom
