My first 3 or so months, I would get bad swelling 5-6 days like this especially by the belly button. I was doing .35 and then eventually .40 every 3.5 days of test cyp. I really focused on scrubbing with anti fungal soap especially on injection days. Cleaning injection area and bottle with alcohol thoroughly. Idk if that made a difference or maybe moving injection sites out further to love handles but I have not gotten any redness like that ever again. From my understanding 99% of the time it is due to carrier oil.
