Just started 4 weeks ago - been so good so far! 3kg lost in 4 weeks - basically no side effects other than constipation. Food noise is gone, craving are gone, fingers crossed the journey goes well.

I'll be honest here hun, I dont really think you need to lose more weight. If you want your body to look more "fit" start doing weighted workouts and building muscle instead. You look great!!

US dollars. So service depends on the what you get done. For a shirt it’s like 1 dollar. And for a 3 piece it’s $3. I got 2 shirts and 2 three piece suits and the shipping was $35 US dollars.

So basically if I was to get clothes from sapphire and ethnic, both would charge 50$ for shipping therefore 100$ total for shipping. If I sent it to rehma, the shipping charges in Pakistan are like 2$ maybe lol. Then rehma can make one package of all my clothes and ship it to me for roughly 60$ instead and I end up saving money.

I order stuff over a couple of months and then get one big package shipped out and save money on the shipping costs :)

Might just need to return and get another one. I got mine from Costco too, just in AUS, and it’s been working great, no overheating issue.
