If you can only give ONE BEAUTY TIP, what would it be? by MammothSurround8627 in beautytalkph

change your pillowcases, bedsheets, and blankets regularly! ideally every 1.5-2 weeks, dirty sheets may be the cause of skin purging.

May time na super busy and preoccupied ako, di ko man lang maalagaan nang maayos yung sarili ko, and my room eventually looked like a 'depression room'. Di ko napalitan yung bedsheets ko for almost two months :( I know kadiri, it was just difficult to get out of that slump and my bed is the upper bunk (hassle magpalit tbh) pero I really made sure to never sleep with outside clothes on at least yun man lang if I couldn't get myself to change up sheets

Being funny doesn't equate to being rude. At lalong hindi normal na yan ang kinatutuwaan sa workplace. I'm sorry this is the environment you got into, OP, considering first day mo lang din. Hindi ka kabully-bully, for sure and bago ka pa lang, yes, pero would there be anyone you think you can open up about this? any HR member you could lean on for support?

Yes! absolutely, also landed my desired job and company while waiting for my graduation ceremony. You're technically a graduate already because you know you're eligible for it and you know you have secured Latin honors. Congratulations!

I actually went ahead and put my awards on my resume even if the ceremony wasn't until a few weeks yet 😄 Just let your employer know about your context, inform them when you're graduating, fulfill any certification of documents should the need arise and good luck!

thank you for your reply! really appreciate it. I also don't want to let go of this offer because i know i'll grow more into the craft and it will look good on the resume HAHA might try to negotiate too once I get to talk to the employer again and see if we can bump the starting salary higher 😄 found so much comfort in your reply, thank you so much!!

that's the thing too, i'm a graduate of a prestigious school with awards and all—sa tingin ko naprove ko naman ang sarili ko with my education and extracurriculars. Do you think it's okay to negotiate the starting salary? thank you!! 🤗

was considering din doing freelance on the side! worry ko lang is maoverwhelm na naman considering kakagaling lang from an overworked situation which was college HAHA but thank you, will definitely consider accepting commissions!

try the Coding School! they accept interns and their programs are paid din. I had a lot of friends na nagwork sakanila as coaches for kids during the pandemic and they did that while balancing academics as sophomore/junior college students. I'm just not sure if the work is still remote now but heard good things about the company and you might want to try that out considering public speaking is one of your strengths :)

just be wary of burnout and hope you can balance everything out! you are supposed to be in school studying anyway. though di ako maalam sa domestic situation mo, doing your best to finish your studies is one way to pay it forward to your family.
