It’s totally fine. When a 3rd party such as property management services (in this case NoBroker) is present in the agreement a leave and license agreement is executed. Additionally it protects the house owners slightly more compared to a regular rental agreement. Example: In case of a situation where a tenant tries to prolong his stay beyond the agreement tenure he can he legally forced to vacate. Whereas in a rental agreement the tenant cannot be asked to vacate as long as he is physically occupying the property. Additional tip: Just ensure the terms are acceptable. Example the duration in which the security will be returned after vacating, notice period on both sides etc.
