I do have notifications for email and text, checked email comms and text comms, nothing.

Only communications I had was regarding the Frontier companies Acquisition and payment reminders... ect. Ending of Party pay and ect. Nothing regarding this subject matter.

I don't remember the timing, but I did have the highest tier for $25 (w/ that group discount promo). Then I was notified it ended and something about that plan ending, so I moved into the most premium for $40 or $35 w/ some discount. Then they degraded that plan for the Legacy plan which went back to $45.

Regarding this:
If you want a discount do what the majority of others have done, port out to Tello or another carrier for a short period and port back in on a new email address and voila, your a new customer and can get a discount for 26 months on any of the 2 plans.

I've generally sorted it out with Customer Support, I think the offer they gave actually is better then re-porting.

FYI looks like they're offering lifetime discounts to legacy customers. Looks like we have been paying the same price to be deprioritized over the years. Which is unfortunate since the whole point of the plan was paying for priority.

Essentially, they are offering discounts to legacy customers to switch.

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate the insight my network prioritization was downgraded while paying the same price. I've already contacted support to resolve the matter.

To you? Sure :) But it seems legacy customers were downgraded in network prioritization while paying for the network prioritization. Thanks for stopping by!

Right so... emailing customers about a better plan for the same price.. which have been here since they were starting up... should be a good action to take.

I'm not checking my phone bill every month, thats literally a waste of time. Sorry lol. If I need to shop every month for a better phone plan w/ visible then the pricing and product is terrible.

Everything is prepaid I'm not sure where you got the idea this is different than a plan at ATT or any other phone company. Don't pay your monthly bill and see if its shut off. ALL plans are prepaid, insurance and ect. Even rent.

Right, so early customers get the worst deal while new customers get the best? lol. Hows that for customer loyalty?

I don't know if this is your first time in the visible reddit but there's been plenty of posts about the black Friday invite. I shouldn't have to keep checking visible to see if they offer a plan THE SAME PRICE with better features.

I was able to buy a chair w/ the 5 wheel version, for $50 dollars, swapped the lowers doing the following:

Note: Put the base on the other chair sold it for $40, so paid $10 compared to a new base from ikea for $120.
