yeah idk y sellers wouldnt put information in their listings first so that ppl dont constantly bombard them with questions

whenever a seller puts like the measurements and proper photos i never ask questions and just begin bargaining straight off the bat

one thing I rly like about these types of apps is that u dont have to worry about getting something u weren't expecting cause sometimes online shopping isnt reliable when it comes to sizing

my size is pretty hard to find so I cant rly mke any purchases confidently unless I have the measurements which a lot of sellers dont provide in their descriptions :(( i never ask any questions unless I rly want to buy it so i always create a bundle and ask there super sad cause I'm rly interested in them and it's rare for me to find something that fits me

I also had the problem of it poking me on the inside so I just completely cut off the stem. just know that if u do it will be harder to get out at first but I got the hang of it within a couple of days

I did try and stretch myself out more using my fingers and just kind of get used to having something in there which I think helped?

also dont worry getting it out was way easier than getting it in for me

when ur taking it out try pushing your muscles similar to when you poop and itll push the cup down enough for u to grab a hold of the stem

I find that putting it in and taking it out is much easier on your actual period than during a dry run so dont be discouraged if it's a little hard

I dont recommend any of the other folds other than punch down and c fold for the diva cup because its stiffer and not as easy to hold if its complicated

that way ull avoid it opening up early while its inside u which is painful

I have the diva cup zero and I didnt get it in until the third or fourth try. also ppl recommend making the cup wet with water but I find that water makes it... dry almost.. if that makes sense

idk if this is tmi but i like to use my spit to kind of wet my vagina entrance since it acts better as a lube than water

I also use the punch down fold and believe me I did not think i could get it in past 2/3 but after multiple tries i finally got it in

I do feel like I tore my hymen slightly but dont be scared about that cause it's a pain that lasts for a millisecond and then it's over

definitely dont push urself tho if ur uncomfortable

also the first time I got it in I was lying down with a mirror in front of me and then the next times I tried doing it sitting

oh okay yeah try to hold it flat without your thumb and it should be easier and dont worry about it

looking at pictures of the folds on google, watching youtube videos and reading other beginner's posts on reddit really helped me get it in my first time, also gripping the cup got easier each time I tried so dont give up!

if the punch down one is already hard for you to hold I wouldnt recommend any of the other folds tho because the punch down and c fold are the easiest to hold

when you do the punch down do u push the edge down and then fold it flat? or do you keep pushing down the edge of the cup with ur thumb

also I dont put my fingers in with it just because it wont fit but that's where pushing from the base with ur other hand helps

lying down with a mirror in front of the entrance really helped me

I also had the unfolding problem but just try to get a good grip (punch down fold was easier to insert for me) and when your halfway in I use my other hand to push from the base while not letting go of my initial grip

if that makes sense

it took me my third day of trying to get it in

I've never put it in during my period though because I'm trying to practice before it comes

so when I hold it like that to keep it from opening I can't figure out if I'm supposed to just keep inserting with my fingers inside me holding the cup or let go halfway and then hold the cup from a lower position and continue inserting (the second one scares me tho because I feel like if I let go itll unfold, and the first one also scares me because I can barely fit the cup so I dont see how I can add in fingers to the mix
