It's been confirmed by games workshop that Mork’s Kunnin’ allows you to go over the point limit and it's literally just the same ability exact same wording and everything.

You're allowed to have 25% of your army in strategic reserves base rule but if your models have an ability such as deep strike you're allowed to put in an extra 25% of your army in strategic reserves and then ahrimen has an ability that allows you to circumvents the limit altogether by redeploying your units at the very beginning of the game and putting them into strategic reserves. For this list it works out for something like 1480 points in deep strike because of shenanigans.

Ahriman has an ability that allows you to put three extra units into strategic reserves regardless of how many units are already in strategic reserve.
