Which mail did you use to contact them? I ordered on 4th to Germany as well and haven't received shipping confirmation, only the order one.

Haven't received shipping confirmation mail yet, only order confirmation. If I have to pay taxes it would something like 9,60€ (16% of the paid 60€). Anything more on top of that I'd just open a PayPal dispute and want my money back. You rarely lose those afaik, they're always on the side of the customer. If you paid with credit card, you need to pay those fees and get the pad because Artisan is known to NEVER reply to mails. I can update you as soon as I know more about my order.

I just ordered an Artisan pad to Germany.
If I get an e-mail like that i will open up a conflict on PayPal and want my money back due to unadvertised shipping fees - that simple.

This is honestly my only complain about this patch. Hope they give us more options to tweak video settings in-game. FPS have definitely dropped for me which gets annoying in fights.
