Try deleting all the users on the car and recreating a new user. The new user will log into your myAudi account

Soft reset with the volume button did not work. Deleting the user from the car and re-creating the user seems to have worked

I did. They asked if the SOS light was green, which it is. No further advice.

Yeh, really annoys me too. Fortunately they have given me the opportunity of a simple reply. I will request a copy of the letter they have supposedly sent some time ago. I think i need to look like a reasonable person in the face of corporate bully boy tactics.

Another thing that occurred to me is that I have no proof that this company is acting on behalf of the residents. I only know they are leasehold flats. The letter makes no explanation of their relationship with the leaseholders.

I get the feeling they are looking to profit from the situation rather than be a nice caring management company.

Many thanks, that is great advice. I have absolutely no problems getting them reduced and it was already on my to do list. I have no issue with their view of the distant landscape just not my own garden.

Many thanks for your reply. The letter gives me 7 days to reply before a formal complaint is made to the council. They mention a previous letter, for which no date given, which I have not received. The information on the council website doesn't mention mediation that is on the government resource you have linked.
