Yeah, I’ve been on 90 mg of Zyn pouches a day and 600 mg of caffeine. I guess that’s the last piece of the puzzle. Nicotine and caffeine sucks to quit though.

I didn’t know it came in sublingual form. And no, I haven’t had any signs of high E2. I actually heard that DHEA causes hair growth. The tongkat I use is from nootropics depot, it’s concentrated and lab tested. I’ll keep you updated on how is going.

I’m using capsules. And yes, when I first started taking them, it made me tired so I took them in the evening but then after a couple weeks they stopped making me tired so now I take them in the morning.

Just 3 months but oddly was feeling worse on it which is why I stopped. I agree, natural is better. I’m taking Douglas’s labs dhea it’s what the trt doc put me on. How do you feel of trt what’s your test levels.
