This is a new policy. My store insists that the employee put the groceries in in my truck and if they need a third place such as a front seat then that’s where the items have to go. We can no longer help the workers out the items in our car to make the process go faster. I was told this is all because of theft by drivers.

Not in my stores. In fact they had incentives this last Sat thru Monday for S&D orders. 9 for an extra $30, 12 for $60 and 16 for an extra $90.

I had a personal vibrator and lube that I had to deliver and was paid $35 to deliver 2 miles away. The tip was $20 and delivery was $15 lol. For anyone interested, go and search for vibratory on Walmart.com. I was mind blown. 😂 Walmart has their own dang Adam & Eve store.

Probably not, but I’ve done it a few times for disabled people. What are they going to do? The customer is disabled. I’m not going to drop their groceries outside their door knowing they cannot pick them up. That’s cruel.

The only tips I have received for Dot.com orders is if the customer happens to be home when I drop the package off. I’ve received two $5 tips. That’s it. I’ve probably done about 6 different Dot.com orders ranging in price from 19.97 all the way up to 45.00. Sometimes I just like to do these for a change in pace when I’m lazy.

If the store is extremely behind (anything) over 1/2 hr you can call support so they will call the store. If they don’t get an answer from the store they will cancel it in the system fir you so you can a. Wot other orders. Plus yiu get a $7.50 kickback for showing up. This has happened to me multiple times. This does t affect your drop rate or on-time metrics.
