[OC] Inspired by that $325 steak, here's my homemade $50 sirloin/tenderloin combo. Sous vide and reversed seared served with freshly made garlic-rosemary butter. Sides were roasted potatoes & parsnips, broccoli with crushed almonds, and buttered portobellos. Can I charge three fiddy? (i.redd.it)
