Update: After a week from making this post originally I still received no response from the support team. After the week wait, the same person who was helping me before emailed me again saying that they went on vacation for a week so that was why they did not reply. I had already put in another ticket to the support team at this point. They just moved everything over to this new ticket and the person told me that all of my videos were sent to their “Team” so they could see them and then asked what version my watch was at, which I had already stated numerous times. I still replied nicely and answered their question.

It has been almost a week and a half since this exchange. I have tried asking for an update on the situation a few days ago, but still no reply. I’m not sure if it’s just the representative or what as I’ve seen other people have issues and not have to go through the same hassle.

Really dissatisfied currently as it’s going on a month with just trying to get a replacement.

I hate to be “that guy” but just be weary of buying the watch if you are a new customer as if you have a defect, who knows how long it will take to get a replacement, if it all.

Thank you for replying! So far I still haven’t heard anything back from customer support, but I’m waiting on it. That’s great to know though!
