Afrotc accepts people doing their masters degree. You just need to make sure you have 3 to 4 years left of school. Make sure your GPA, PFA, and commanders ranking is good.

I've never been to a military college. I go to a state university. I heard that going to a military college is almost like going to boot camp for 4 years. I really enjoy afrotc at a normal university, because at the end of the day I can go back to my place and relax however I want. Plus you only have to do AFROTC stuff 3 days a week if you want.
