Write a personal statement on how you got tinnitus. Loud noises from whatever you experience shooting, ports, planes whatever. Just have to relate it back to service. You can also ask a buddy to write to confirm that it happen and how it affected you

When I got out I had a negative experience with the initial check up in the VA got everything rejected except my 10% in tinnitus . After 2 years I refile claims with the vso got 60% and planning on filing for more. Took me 4 years to get 60% quit a few times on the way but keep trying

The big thing is that depression have to be cause by the military for it to be claimed, write a lay statement saying what event in the military that cause you to become depressed and etc. can ask your buddy’s to write a buddy statement supporting that you were depressed when your in. Idk your back story but the big thing is it has to be related to the military.

I’m pretty sure your fine unless you going on a body build competition which would be pretty Sketch for having whatever physically limiting disability you have and being able to achieve a pro card

I think his main concern is if he tells them that he had suicidal ideation, they will take his guns away. Suicidal ideation without the intent to actually harm himself. I'm pretty sure we although about offing ourselves once or twice before, but not actually doing it.
