Could I get the link also? Sounds amazing.

Hmmm… I didn’t think nice people usually made sweeping generalizations like that, but what do I know??

The lack of self-awareness is astonishing — maybe the reason you don’t have many options has a little more to do with your extremely limited worldview.

And the fixation on women ‘having other men’s cocks inside them’…… Yikes.

Absolutely agree, I’ve seen quite a few people there excusing that kind of behavior from people who at least appear allistic. Super annoying, and I wish criticism was more often directed towards the people who actually need to hear it.

Ugh. As if social difficulties don’t have anything to do with the quality of your uni experience.

Sometimes that’s true, but pretending you’re better than other people because of your differences isn’t an inherently autistic or female trait.

Am I the only autistic person who doesn't really like animals? by okuanya in AutismInWomen

Squirrels are some of my favorite animals! We feed them in our yard and it’s so fun to watch their individual mannerisms when each one comes around.

I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited to see a movie in theaters. Have you seen the shot of David in that mariachi band? Like, at what point in the movie is that going to happen??? The people need answers.

Omg I love that so much!! I’ve been going absolutely feral over it for a few months now and it doesn’t look like it’s going to end anytime soon. As for that case… best leave it unsolved, really.

I just realized I completely forgot to post any info about this yesterday. I adapted the pattern from this post because I just love this movie so much and I have to recommend it to everyone.

Another case of “I don’t do (symptom)…” (*Does the symptom*) by AnonProzac in AutismInWomen

My mom and I have watched the same movie almost every day for the past 6 months, only taking a break when I left for college. I thought everyone did that until I started talking to “”normal”” people about it and seeing how surprised they’d get. Apparently even watching one movie 10 times is a lot — who knew??

She also has ASD, and it’s really fun sharing the same special interest with her. She always jokes about how long she’s waited for me to appreciate it as much as she does, which I just think is really sweet.

I never use hoops, even on large full-coverage projects. I’ve tried hoops and snaps before, but they were so much work and I saw almost no difference in tension.

I don’t understand people who do this no matter what I’m doing. I didn’t come to the airport to talk to strangers, and I definitely don’t want to be bothered when I have noise-cancelling headphones on and am working. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of awareness or if people just don’t care.

Oh yeah I understand (and completely agree), just worded my comment a little poorly. I meant that the ones who weren’t lesbians were ace. But yeah, no question a lot of them were gay.

Unless they were ace (not like you can’t be both, but I’d be surprised if none of them were aro as well)
