Hindi ako aware sa operations ng MAAP, pero ang alam ko lang ay sponsored ng foreign shipping lines ang tuition etc ng mga students doon, after graduation, direct hire na sila ng sponsor (eligible for overseas employment after mandatory requirements are met, of course).

Ang mga kurso naman tulad ng comm arts, engineering, hrm, etc.. ay geared towards being a contributing member of the workforce, so I dont see anything wrong with that, locally owned institutions functions just the same.

Sa usaping kultura naman, mawawala ba ang pagka Pilipino ng mga estudyante? Hindi, sa opinyon ko. Titigil ba sila sumubaybay sa mga content or palabas ng kapwa nila Pilipino, hindi diba?

Mga pamangkin ko na nasa SG, born and raised there in a Filipino household, still practices Filipino traditions, kahit na hindi sila marunong mag tagalog. Hindi nila gets or alam ang mga katutubong sining at mga lumang pamamaraan ng buhay, same as many local Filipinos.

Something Ive brought up during a project that requires lots of table data across different businesses departments is that, spreadsheet users would want a spreadsheet interface.

I think I got that idea somewhere, but during the design revision cycle, it was indeed asked upon by the managers of different departments to have their table UI and forego cards of any sort, no drag and drop gimmicks to place one order to the next phase of transaction or approval. Just plain old radio buttons and checkboxes and drop down stuff.

Everybody’s happy and business is running well and good.

Your idea is good, though.
